Has anyone tried a Lone Wolf barrel in their Glock? I'm asking because I am just getting into reloading and discovered that the Glocks don't handle lead bullets very well, especially in .40 cal. Also, the .40 cal cases are prone to rupture if reloaded several times and fired out of the standard Glock unsupported barrel.
While looking at the Wolf site I noticed that besides being able to order a fully supported .40 cal barrel that would shoot lead bullets without fouling or stretching the cases, I could also order a barrel to easily convert the Glock 27 .40 cal to a 9mm. I'm not sure why I would actually want to do that if I could just get the .40 cal Wolf barrel and start shooting .40 cal lead bullets, but the idea intrigued me.
Any thoughts on or experiences with the Lone Wolf barrels are welcome.
Thanks,
Randy
