I know that most guns in .380 tend to be smaller and intended for the easily concealed SD role but does anyone make a bigger (longer barreled) handgun for this round? Say something with a good 5" or 6" barrel?

I have no particular purpose in mind, just wondering if such a gun exists.

Browning did, the 1922 for the Dutch and others, enlarged from the 1910. They kinda sorta resurrected it in 1971 to pass the import requirements of GCA '68. To gain import points it had a longer barrel, adjustable sights, thumb rest grips and probably some other bells and whistles. Didn't sell and was only on the market til 1974. The Browning 1971 is a 4 7/16" barrel and is the longest .380 I know of. Probably the longest production model currently available is the Beretta Cheetah. These are my model 1971's.

It is currently in production.

I opened a thread about this same subject a while ago. Big .380 guns are hard to find nowadays.
