Long guns to OR resident?

I am selling an AK clone via this site. I member from OR asked if he could legally buy it. As an ID resident I know I can and have bought long guns in OR and brought them home. Does the same hold true for an OR resident?

Does he have to come get it or do I take it to him?

You would probably have to take it to him if he cannot purchase a longgun from a neighboring states resident. Just go to the closest FFL in Oregon and transfer it there.

I am not 100% sure but I am willing to bet that some other members who are more familiar with the laws will help you out.

It needs to go through an FFL, since it is an interstate transfer. You can ship it to an FFL in Oregon, or meet with an FFL in either state, since it's a rifle.
