I'd love some recommendations on a great set of powders, one for practice or economy rounds (10mm prolly ain't cheap either way!) and maybe one for max effort but here's the main caveat:
All I can get right now are Magnum Primers. I have 1000. Plus 1000 new Starline 10mm brass.
I have read one decent thread on THR about using a Magnum primer in 10mm Auto but there was little info about powders, so I'm asking here.
I have a 6.6" LWD/Glock combo, a 6.5" Kriss Vector, a 6" Tanfoglio Witness Hunter and may also have a standard G20 barrel in 4.6" but will likely just get a short slide threaded barrel if I go back to a carry Glunk setup (G20)
I know barrel length has little to do with it, but I figure pushing a hotter load thru a barrel 2" longer will maybe add a little more area under the curve if I use a Magnum primer.
Been a long time, TOO LONG, but it's good to be back and I see the info here is still very relevant and precise
