Based on your post history, I surmise that you are in the Austin area. Contact The Old Cannon Armory in Pflugerville. Veteran-owned business and the gentleman is a great guy to deal with. I have no affiliation with them other than they are the only FFL I use.

If you are in Austin, JABTAC is a relatively new company that does transfers. It is $20 per firearm for most people and $15 per firearm for Military / Police / Firefighter / EMT / CHL Holders. I use them for all of my transfers because they are only a couple miles down the road and they are cheap. Although be warned that they are not open all of the time, but they are generally willing to adjust their schedules if you give them enough time.

I've used Heritage Arms and Austin Gun Liquidators. Don't recall the fees, but they were reasonable.
