Bravo Company USA has some decent ones. Model 1 is probably cheapest although I'm not sure if they are quality or not.

Lots of different variants at very good prices. I've only ordered a couple of items, but it arrived very quickly. I believe they are very reputable so far.

AR-15.com has links to many of the "parts kits" companies, personally I was thinking of a build on DELTON parts.

I'm a big fan of Bravo Company. Their parts are first class, especially their MPI bolts and carriers, and their customer service is great.

My last order with Model 1 left a bad taste in my mouth. I received a barrel with a canted front sight. Talked to them about it and they said send it back and they'd take care of the shipping. When I received the barrel back they charged me shipping. It took over a month to get the charge removed. So..... why would I use them when there are folks around who actually do what they say?
