Looking for S&W serial # 144614

I have a S&W New Departure Safety Hammerless
(Lemon Squeezer) .38 S&W. Today, I received the S&W research letter to my old revolver.

The letter indicates that my S&W was part of a
2-gun consecutive serial numbered shipment on the same day to the same merchant.

I’d love to find the mate.
