I'm interested in finding someone who sells conicals made with the Lee REAL .456 220g mold. Does anybody know a source? Thanks

edit: I'm not sure if it's actually one of the "REAL" molds. It's Lee#90384 http://www.leeprecision.com/cgi/catalog/browse.cgi?1291155352.2967=/html/catalog/blackpow.html

Also interested in other conicals that work well in the ROA. Tried some .454 conicals today and they were creeping with 30gr of 777. Not sure if perhaps they were cast undersize, I gotta get a micrometer. They didn't shave lead rings, but did take some effort to seat.

I was shooting conicals cast from a Big Lube DD-ROA mold today. I'm hoping they were cast too small and that's why they were creeping.

I shoot the 250 grn Lee REAL bullet cast from wheel weights. it mics @ .457 . no bullet jump at 1016 fps.I also have and shoot the 220 grn Lee conicals. but I perfer the bigger flat nose 250 grn for hunting....frontloader

Vermonter....I'm using 35 gr by volume of Triple 7 3f. I use Johnson paste wax/Lee liquid alox 50/50 mix as bullet lube. I chamfered [spelling?] the chamber mouths to swag the bullet into the cylinder instead of cutting the ring of lead. and I use a bullet thats about 16 Bhn. I think it might be a combination of bullet lube, heavy bullet, hard bullet and it being swaged into the chamber, but I get NO leading and no bullet creep......frontloader

lee 220 gr r o a bullets

raider 2000 has bullets fer sale,i think he is on the firing line forums or t h r forums a staff member kicked me off the firing line for (snide, childish and downright rude private message) to him or her,i asked if he had a mouse in his pocket after he or she locked a thread saying we get it ,censorship commies abound, ill never buy a dimes worth of anything from the firing line ever and ill not recomend any interaction with tuttle ,hes probably gay.p.s.some bore butter in front of my hornady 255 gr cowboy bullets and powder compression stopped the creep in my cylinder, also check your diameter all bullets are not the same from batch to batch.
