Loose front sight lc9

I tried using Loctite, and only got glue on the side of the frame. After one use the loctite quit working. I'm guessing I need to bang out the sight, put loctite on both the bottom of the site and the sight wedge (whatever it's called), then try again.

My concerns, I will push glue out again onto the side of the gun, and the loctite will heat up and be useless after a few uses.

Is there a better way to get the front sight so it doesn't slide back and forth?

Call Ruger.

My front sight did the same thing. Ruger sent me a new sight that fixed the issue. If it doesn't, then you can send the slide to them.

Their support is very good.
