Funny part? my wife actually prayed to God (litterally, on her knees prayed) this morning while I was in the shower for something to change in our lives, because she was tired of me having to work so late in such an environment.

I think God answered.

I support your decision Hank. Many people here are 'closeted' carriers at work for the same reasons. In that environment you just have to keep it concealed or risk losing your job.

Unfortunately you may not get a recommendation from the bar for your next job.

But the reality is that some day that bar may see violence and wish they had an armed bar tender.

I agree though, we have in so many ways become such a nanny CYA state.
