There is a gun show in West Monroe, LA this weekend for those in the area and interested. It is Fri pm, Sat and Sun in the West Monroe Convention Center.
There are some so-so gun shows in Shreveport and Bossier throughout the year, but the best are usually the two per year sponsored by the Ark-La-Tex Gun and Knife Collectors.
The fall show, usually well attended by vendors and shoppers because it comes just before hunting season, is coming up Aug. 25-27 at the new Shreveport Convention Center on Caddo Street in downtown S'port.
