I find that method of operation very interesting. It makes for thoughtful follow-up shots. It makes a 5-round hunting area-restricted mag maybe more usable/effective ...
It certainly changes the dynamic of the AR style restrictive laws by taking the "semi-auto" out of the equation
I see a definite place for such a rifle conversion kit. Or, a newly built configuration. For the folks doing 80% lowers, it could be incorporated from the get go. For those ordering uppers without BCG and CH, if it needs it's own unique bolt carrier, that's an easy substitution
