a friend of mine wants my luger and wants to buy it and I told him I would like to trade it first. told him I wanted a clean original 1911a1 from ww2 if he had one.
Do not really want any cash as it would just get spent on something other than a gun.
The luger is pretty clean 1915 dwm 4" standard issue. all matching numbers. I have the original holster marked 1915 with it plus the tool in the holster. it comes with two wood based ww1 mags but the numbers on the mags do not match the pistol. I would rate the pistol at 85% original finish and not a import.
Not sure the value on it but to me the trade sounds fair. what do you all think?
Thanks jon
