Lymans 50th Edition

If anyone is interested I just found the 50th edition on sale for $19.70 at Midsouth Shooter Supply. I paid $28.32 including shipping.

I just ordered the manual today. according to the description they should be in the new manual. I will send a follow up report once I receive it.

Thanks for the tip Parman. I just ordered mine. The Lyman 49th has been my favorite manual since it initially came out. The 48th before that....and so on. I think the oldest one I have is the 45th edition.

Is it just a reprint of the 49th but with those new calibers added? I'd be inclined to get it if it had more powders listed with the bullet weights/types. Especially the relatively new ones like BE-86.

Owning the latest edition of any handbook you use is a good idea. If there were any errors in the previous editions they are normally corrected in the latest edition.

Thank you. I'm going to wait for the hard cover. I got the hard cover 49th Edition and I'm glad I did.

Midsouth had the hardcover in stock when I ordered mine. It was +$7.00 more.

The hardcover is OOS at Midsouth. Too bad. I use my 49th edition so much it is coming apart.

For anyone else interested Midway Shooters Supply is advertising the 50th edition for sale at $24.99. Have to wonder as the 50th is out if remaining stock of the 49th edition will have a price reduction or be sent back to Lyman by distributors to be destroyed?

Midsouth has them back in stock for $19.70 plus postage. Got mine 2 days ago and it's the best edition yet. Lots of new info in it and it's all done in color with color photos.
