M1 Carbine info

Just got back from business trip, while pawn shop cruising last week I found a M1 Carbine, Erma, .30 cal., blued receiver, no barrel marks, four digit sn behind
rear sight, only other stamp is "ERMA MFG .30" on left side of receiver under the wood line. Gun is in excellent condition. Any information would be appreciated.
