This should be an easy one. How many and when did Winchester deliver M1 Garand Rifles for the Endurance Tests?

Hmm, wild guess:

The first 100 rifles by WRA were delivered on September 20, 1939.

It was snowing, so they hired a Sleigh and some reindeer to deliver them. The Sleigh was tested in J.C. Garand's skating rink. His wife would not allow the reindeer to come in.
