M1152 and M1153 Pressure

I was looking at an article on American Rifleman dated April 23, 2018. It listed pressures on the new M1152 (115 FMJ-TC @ 1326 fps out of M17) and M1153 (147 JHP @ 962 fps out of M17) at 39,700 psi. Is that measured using the same methods as SAAMI? If so that would be a 9mm +P+ if it's ever sold as surplus production.
