Good day to all, newbie here and have lots of question regarding ebr. what I have is an M14 springfield 22" standard barrel and I would like to have it face lift. My questions are 1. What is the EBR model that have magpul PRS attach already ? 2. Is it a plug and play or do I have to send it to a gunsmith to install ? Hope someone can help me on this matter. Thanks in advance

The Sage chassis will accept the PRS with an adapter. Not sure about the Troy chassis.
You can install it yourself if you know M14's really well. You do have to take it apart a good bit. Not really any fitting, just have to disassemble the gas block.

You WILL have to change the op rod guide to install the SAGE guide which is what secures the rifle to the stock.
So if you don't have the tools or skill to remove the flash hider, gas cylinder, op rod guide you will have to send it to get installed.
Having said all that it's not that hard to remove all those parts assuming you have the right tools...the main one being the castle nut wrench for the hider.
I have the Troy MCS version and it does require removal of the gas cylinder/hider but not the op rod guide.
