M1A magazines?

Does anybody know of any companies besides Springfield that makes good quality 20 round magazines? $50 just seems a little ridiculous for something like that.

Checkmate Industries makes the Springfield OEM mags.

You can buy the same mags, marked CMI instead, for much cheaper (~$21) through www.44mag.com

CMI is also the current USGI supplier.

Another vote for CMI purchased from 44mag.com.

It's not worth looking any further.

Palmetto state armory has them also....5,10,20 and 25 rounders.
Checkmate is the best for the M1A.

I bought my Checkmates from 44mag.com as well. I don't have an M1A yet, but I'm planning to get one in the future. Hopefully!
