M1A Socom Front Sight

Need some recommendations on front sight for M1A socom. The stock tritium sight is too wide for long range shooting. Sight is good for fast close range up to 100 meters. I just purchased the rifle for 3-gun He-Man div shooting. I need to shoot plates and IPSC targets out to 300 meters. WoW the rifle is so much fun to shoot.

Why don't you just use a standard front sight? I believe S.A. makes a standard front sight for 18 in. barrels.You may need to tweak it for the shorter barrel though.
