So I've noticed that Maglula makes 2 different loaders for AR mags. One fits on top of the magazine like the UPLula's do and loads one shell at a time, and then there what I think is called the Mag Charger that loads an entire mag in one move. My question is which one is better?

Depends, do you shoot a lot of ammo that comes on stripper clips? If so, get the Strip Lula. If your ammo is all loose, the regular Mag Lula would be better.

Yes, the Strip Lula can load individual rounds, but not as neatly as the Mag Lula.

the standard one with the rocker works well and also unloads really well if you need to. It isn't as fast as the table mounted deals where you dump 30 rounds and line them up in a trough. But if you add up the time it takes to do that it might be close.
