The only limits on purchases are on 9mm and 22lr.

BTW there are 20 of the 22lr Reminton Bucket of Bullets and the same amount of the 525 count Remington 22lr.

A further update. On the 9mm and 22lr you can now purchase 2 each regardless of size. In other words instead of 1 bucket of bullets I can buy 2 today.

I passed Academy today in my travels (work). I seldom make a special trip there (there are two stores in my area). I was tempted to stop, but opted to hit Walmart for general stuff. No ammo at WM (except "hunting calibers", but I always check. I'm glad you're finding ammunition in some calibers now. I bought a couple boxes of 454 Casull (Horandy) at Academy a while back to try out since I have never shot the caliber. Going to the range has lost some of its luster for me this year....

Was at my academy today, getting back to school shoes for the kids.

No 22lr to be found. Tons and tons of everything else. Sales guy walked up to me and exclaimed "buy as many boxes as you want". I told him i was looking for 22 shorts, he looked at me like i had two noses. I dont think he knew of such a thing.

I want 22 shorts dang it, and i dont want to get it fron CTD

I am making the hour long drive to Academy this afternoon and will look for ammo. IF they have any .22 bulk I will make a $100 donation to the charity of THRs choice.
I bought 1,000 rounds of .22 shorts sometime back in January at Barrow Automotive in Butler GA so I am set for life on them.

On the reports of the ammo limits being lifted, I stopped at my local Academy for just the third time in over a year. Looking for .308, all they had was pricey hunting loads. I've bought a lot of ammo from Academy in the past, mostly .223 and .308 in Wolf, Monarch, and similar eastern bloc imported, both steel and brass. Nothing like that available. And so like the last two times, I went home empty handed. I pass by the store going to and from church, so it is not like I went out of the way. But it will probably be a while before I stop again. I've actually done better, in .308, at the local Walmart recently. But they don't have it all the time. I can still get pretty much what I want, and as much as I want, over the Internet. What I pick up locally is just for convenience.
