Hey gang! Here in Kansas we're bracing for a bad winter ice storm that's about to happen. Stuck here in the house, I figured I'd snap a photo of my Bulgarian Makarov PM with some neat accessories I recently picked up:
I've had the holster, lanyard and cleaning rod as it came with the gun. I figured I'd pick up a black matching USSR service belt and I've been wanting an ushanka winter hat for a long time now. They're really great for the bitter cold weather, and this is an authentic Soviet army one. I'm happy to have my little rig complete for my PM. I carry my this gun as my primary CCW pistol in a Sticky brand IWB holster. Very cool but not as photogenic!
If you have any "Mak stuff" or any other pistols with the "correct" military issued rig (holster, belt, etc.) I'd love to see them! I am also working on such a rig for my Browning Hi-Power Mk III and will show you guys that when it's done.
Take care all and be careful if you live in the Midwest. Get some emergency food, water and clothing tonight if you don't already have it. Have a good one!
