Marlin Model 62

I need a scope mount base for a Marlin Model 62. Does anyone know where to find one?

I tried looking at MidwayUSA where you can shop by make and model but they don't have anything for that model. I tried searching at Brownells with no luck. I did a general web search and found all kinds of interesting information about the model 62 but nothing about scope bases.

My receiver is drilled and tapped with a certain pattern. Does anyone know if there is another model with this same pattern?
