Marlin Model 99

Howdy folks. I just got an old Marlin 99 and it seems to have a serious problem with failure to eject. I've taken it apart, cleaned it and oiled it and it hasn't affected it very much. Any other ideas you can give me to help?

I'm not familiar with a Marlin M99. What type of action, caliber is that? There was a Savage M99 lever action rifle that was popular some years ago.

Ah so. OK, Marlin 99 added to my memory bank now but can't guarantee that it will stick. Memory ain't what it used to be. Sorry I can't help you with a solution. Have you tried calling Marlin Tech Support or searched online for any Marlin forums or repair specialists? Good luck with finding a solution.
