The Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore is pleased to announce “Seminar II” on the application process and requirements for obtaining a permit to carry a concealed handgun in Maryland .

The Seminar is scheduled to begin at 1 P.M. on Saturday, October 14, 2006, in Memorial Hall at the Association’s Trap Range on Marriottsville Road . Additional details will be provided when available. However, depending on the nature of the topics we cover, it may be necessary to begin the Seminar earlier.

We have met multiple times with the command staff of the MSP Licensing Division since the last Seminar.

AGC will present a report on what has been learned from the many Public Information Act requests it has submitted as well as progress to date.

Seating is limited, if you are interesting in attending please mark the date on you calendar. A formal announcement & RSVP are being prepared for distribution on or about September 25, 2006.

Concealed Carry Permit – Seminar II

Lambo: What's the use on going? We know what the rules are. They are not in our favor one single bit and you know that. Practically speaking the only way that you are going to CCW in MD is to get a sworn legal affidavit with 12 witnesses, 1 mayor, 1 doctor, 2 bonified policemen who was there and all of them watched the whole thing go down when the bad guy threatened your life multiple times. It's better that you own a business and that you transfer cash from one point to another and then you can CCW but if I used a gun for self defence in Md and I wasn't in the capacity of carrying cash then I'm up SH*T creek without a paddle legally and everything I own is sued out from under me. I am not wasting my time going. I know the laws.
