medium frame 32 acp needed for physical limitations

Walther PP is good choice. Keep in mind: revolvers are out there that could satisfy your needs. I recently bought a used Taurus .22 magnum 941 8 shot revolver w/2" barrel. Low recoil, small size. I've got a .32 PPK/S. Its nice, and works, also low recoil but DA trigger is long and heavy.
Some people mentioned the .22. If this is to be used for self defense, I'd be leary of a .22. It seems there are more misfires and jams with a .22 IN GENERAL than with other centerfire guns.
Another option is to download the .380 to the .32 range if you'd want a reloader and to go that route.
