Met up with my best friend of forty years this weekend. He lives about 4 hours away, and quality time is difficult. A couple months ago I found a 686 dash three in 99.% condition. It had in fact the best target grips I had ever seen.
I was able to do the transfer to my buddy this weekend. When we went to his local shop (smokin barrels) in Tulare, quality, nice shop, and people. I joked with the dealer if the did "mental status exams". We don't do them, he opened the gun box, looked me in the eyes, "why are you selling thing this". You will do anything for your best brother. Great experience selling you best mate his dream gun on the cheap.
