When I picked up my HK USPc in .357 Sig, I had my dealer install night sights from Meprolight.

I took it to the range and at 7 yards I was shooting about a foot low. Thought it was me (my first .357 Sig) and tried a few more times. After closely examining it, I thought the front sight looked too tall.

I put the regular factory sights back on and it shot POA.

According to my dealer, Meprolight does not make different height sights for the HK.

Anyone else have this same problem? Wondering if the other NS companies make different height sights.

Thanks,

I have Meprolight sights on my USPc in 9mm. Bullets impact at the same point as the factory sights.

It isn't trajectory because the .357 Sig should impact higher.

I'd say that SOMEBODY screwed up and you have the wrong sights for your gun. Call up Meprolight, describe your problem and see what they recommend. Maybe you can measure your front sight's height above the slide and compare it with what they say it should be.

They are different and I'm fairly sure it's height related. Try a search, I know it's been discussed here and/or on HKpro.com. I'd say your dealer needs to make it right if the wrong ones were installed. Did you get the packaging or anything with the part number on it? BTW the Meps on my USPf work nicely.

I had Mepros installed on my USP .45 C by my favorite gun shop. There was no difference in POI with the new sights. They look to be exactly the same size as the originals to me.
