This is to all of you who, like me are wearing a uniform (I dont care what type) and bearing arms this christmas day.
I will be in Iraq, I have friends who will be in Afghanistan and others who will be on duty in the more normal places

Proud Admiration

When my nephew re-enlisted, in full knowledge that he'd be going back to his fire-base in Afghanistan for a minimum of fifteen months, I'll have to say I was humbled by his personal dedication and courage. ...Then it occurred to me that there's not a single US Service Member currently in Iraq or Afghanistan that didn't enlist or re-enlist knowing that they were going into harm's way. Wow.

My deep gratitude, admiration, and Prayers go out to all of them and their families.
