And a Merry Christmas to you as well! Yes, I got myself four handguns for Christmas (S&W 642, S&W 625JM, Kimber Ultra Crimson Carry II, and a Taurus Judge). But these were my first four handguns ever, so I went a little nuts.
Does getting them for myself count? If so, this month I have increased my revolver collection to include a S&W model .38/200, a S&W 4" model 28, and a brand new in the box 1961 manufacture H&R 999 sportsman. It seems like with all the buying focus being centered on potentially banned firearms, there are alot of great deals on older revolvers out there. Anyway, Happy Holidays everyone. Stay safe!
I'm hoping for a Nikon scope and some ammo. We'll see in a few days. Or maybe better put, one way or another, in a few days I'll have a new Nikon scope.
I've got 4 lbs of Longshot, for loading 40 S&W. I know because my dad bought the last keg at sportsmans warehouse the other day. Now I've got 10 lbs of pistol powder, 6 lbs Unique, 4 lbs Longshot. Best of all, I didn't pay for any of it.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Kwanzaa and all that. Hope I didn't leave anyone out.
The guns were hung by the chimney with care in hopes the ammo soon would be there.
Have a great holiday everyone and be careful out there. Here in the Seattle suburbs we have about 5" of snow and it's piling up fast. Highs will be upper 20's and lows in the teens the next few days.
I woke up this morning and thought I was in Fargo.
I DID get my old man a pretty damned nice Mossberg ATR-30, or so I think that was the model name, I'm a bit wooo right now. >D! I know it was chambered for 30.06, I also purchased two boxes of bullets and a 14x scope. Again, I don't remember the damned model name. LOL.
picked up a 70s 99% condition remington 1100 12 ga from a co worker who needed the money to get his kids christmas gifts. i felt bad though cause it was his fathers
I picked up a NIB M1 Garand that was shipped to the original owner in 1977 (one of the first 600 Garands sold to the public by DCM). Short of tearing into the packages like a kid Christmas morning the fellow never lost anything (still has the packing list from Red River Arsenal) and never shot it.
