Mesa Saddle shell holders and Ghost Ring Sights question?

I am wondering if ghost ring sights like the ones from wilson-combat will fit with the Mesa saddle shotshell rails?

It kinda looks like the rail might be to high and sit in the way of the rear sight.

Just like to know before I spend about $200 on these two items. Any help would be great.
