Microvault

I bought a Microvault MV-500 in 2009, and recently noticed that the gel for one of the push buttons had leaked out under the panel for the buttons.
Contacted the company about getting it repaired at my expense as it was out of warranty.
Surprised to find that they were willing to replace it without me returning my old one. New one arrived yesterday.
Hard to find that kind of customer service these days!

I bought one of those last year, a Sentry Safe PP1K with the key lock. Don't have any kids around the house anymore but those things are great for travelling...
