At Concord the British were intending on disarming the colonists and the armed citizenry fought back, this being one of the sparks of our American Revolution.
Would you agree that perhaps there could be a similar situation arising this summer? Imagine a million armed Americans attempting to walk into the District of Columbia. We all know that Washington is practically the same as London, gun laws wise. Do you think the government will try to stop them? What if they do, could this act result in shooting? You are there with your legally carried handgun and maybe a M-1 Garand over your shoulder. Your fellow citizen is there with his "horrible" AK-47. The Washington DC police are standing there, behind barricades, and you are walking towards the rally. What is about to happen next?
The minute men at Concord did not have a Constitution and Bill of Rights like we do and yet they fought back. Would we be any less morally obligated to fight? Anyone that has been in the military swore an oath to defend our country against enemies foreign AND domestic. I did. You could certainly consider the likes of Kennedy, Schumer, Feinstein, et al, as domestic enemies, right?
