Milwaukee area members: anyone for shooting tomorrow?

The club I belong to, Schultz's, requires two people to be present when shooting. No more shooting alone. Lately it's hit-and-miss heading out there and finding others shooting.

If anyone is interested, post here. Rifles, pistols, doesn't matter.

It's $5 for non-members, but the fee is on me.

Too bad they don't allow shotguns (non-slugs), I'm a newb with mine and needed some practice.

Actually, xenophon, they have a portable shotgun target stand that can be used on the trap range (which is right next to the rifle range). I use it from time to time to keep my home defense shotgunning skills from getting too rusty. You can set it up at any distance you want.

If you'd like to head out there, just post again here tonight and we'll figure out a way to meet up.

I was tanked busy Monday, but I'll definitely be down for going another day, let me know next time you want to head down. I'm usually off on weekends, and want to get the ole shotgun out for some practice.

It was awfully hot at the range on Monday, but Dan and I had a good time. There were two guys shooting when we arrived, but they left soon after, so we had the range to ourselves.

We should do a THR shoot there before we get too close to hunting season. The range gets pretty busy on weekends in October.
