mini 30 mags ruger made!

I just recieved my 2010 catalog from ruger firearms. I own a mini 30 ,cal 7.62and have tried after market mags with little success.the only one that worked ok was a pro -mag 10 round. But know according to what iam reading in the catalog, it says under the mini 30 available in 5 or 20 round mags!! i hope this is not a miss print. I am going to call them tomorrow and find out if true and where to to buy them. chris

i heard they hoped to come out with them by the end of october if they do they will probibly sell a ton of them & more mini 30s as well.

I know they were really tight on their 30 round Mini 14 Mags hope they don't repeat the idea

It is true..they are making Hi-Caps and selling them to the public.

They have also reintroduced the Factory 10 rounders for us folks in CA and other places that have restrictions.

Although I have some Hi-Caps for before the ban, I can't wait to get some ten rounders for hunting coyotes.

Ruger has turned the corner in my book.

I just called ruger on 10/19/09 and asked them about the new mags, there reply was yes, they would be selling the new mags soon to the public. but she couldnt give me a exact date.

This is really good news! The Mini-30 is a great little rifle, more accurate than an AK, uses the same inexpensive ammo, and darn near as reliable with much better sights.
