The article mentions that congress decided we don't need more than 10 rounds, but fails to mention that Ruger was a part of this. Not a complaint, actually kind of refreshing.
Surprised he gets 1.5 MOA out of his Ranch Rifle. I can't get those size groups out of mine, also a new one... hrmph.
