Miroku Help

I need help with a Miroku 38 special revolver. The cylinder hand/indexing pawl and spring have been removed and I have no idea the exact shape of this part. I would like to find a replacement part. But if that fails I will attempt to make the hand. The spring is another matter. Help Please.....

Trooper MKIII and newer, it has been a few years since I saw one though!
