Missouri Bullet Company - Great Customer Service

I ordered some bullets from them a week ago and hadn't received them yet. So here it is on Sunday night I sent an email to [email protected] just asking the status of the order. I expected to receive a reply on Monday during the day. Well, I was surprised when I received a reply from the Brad, the owner of the company, providing information regarding running of the specific bullets I ordered and let me know when to expect the order.

Now that's customer service....the owner of the company taking time to response to customer emails on a Sunday night. I'll tell you I don't get that kind of customer service nowadays. You can bet I'll be continuing to order my lead bullets from Brad and the fine folks at Missouri Bullet Company.

Thats good to know, as I'm getting ready to place an order myself, first for me also. Here on THR I asked a couple of guys about MBC, nothing but good words. Need to get my backside in gear!

My company gave that kind of customer service. Of course, I was the CS rep...and the owner, bookkeeper, shipping and receiving dept, sales and marketing dept, production dept, technical support dept. and janitor. I wonder how many "folks" there are at MBC?

Not that there is anything wrong with that. I just ordered from them myself.

Three. Brad, his wife JoAnn, and another fellow.

Brad's recent FB post (https://www.facebook.com/missouribullet) shows they are absolutely slammed to the gills. You can read them for yourself, but in short, he's knocked out over 20 tons of lead in two weeks. Sunday alone he cast over 56K bullets.

I'm not a MBC employee, nor related to anyone who works there. I'm just a long-time satisfied customer.

Yep I placed my first order with them awhile ago and it came in fast. After I recieved the order I had a couple questions and emailed them, to my surprise I got an answer back a couple hours later not days. Great people IMO.

+1 zillion for MBC! Yes, they've been slammed lately, but still managed to get my .45 projectiles out to me very fast!!

Great Company, great people. I had a question on bullet hardness and velocity one time and Brad got back to me pronto with an answer.

They are the first place I go for lead bullets...every time.
