I ordered some bullets from them a week ago and hadn't received them yet. So here it is on Sunday night I sent an email to [email protected] just asking the status of the order. I expected to receive a reply on Monday during the day. Well, I was surprised when I received a reply from the Brad, the owner of the company, providing information regarding running of the specific bullets I ordered and let me know when to expect the order.
Now that's customer service....the owner of the company taking time to response to customer emails on a Sunday night. I'll tell you I don't get that kind of customer service nowadays. You can bet I'll be continuing to order my lead bullets from Brad and the fine folks at Missouri Bullet Company.
