I was curious on some Missouri gun laws. cant seem to find any info anywhere. I have heard you can have a loaded gun in a vehicle without a conceal and carry permit but I have also heard you have to have a conceal and carry permit.
Yup, their website is pretty screwy. I have also been reading up on Mo. laws because I plan to move there in a month. I would call the State Police and ask to be sure. Those websites don't get updated like they should.
You can have a legally possessed concealed firearm in your vehicle in the state of Missouri without having a CC permit. I won't give u any links since u say they don't work - but I live here and I know most of the gun laws....
Keep trying to get handgunlaw.us. It is a great site and seems to be very accurate when in comes to Missouri's laws. As others have said, concealed handguns within a vehicle and without a permit is just fine here. The state has some pretty good gun laws.
