Just wanted to remind my fellow Missouri members that there are some constitutional amendments on the ballot today, The one in particular is amendment 5 it basically states

The measure, upon voter approval, would establish the unalienable right of citizens to keep and bear arms, ammunition and accessories associated with the normal functioning of such arms, for the purpose of defense of one’s person, family, home and property. Additionally, it would remove the exception to the current constitutional right to bear arms that explicitly states it cannot be used to justify the wearing of concealed weapons. It would also make any gun control laws that anyone tried to pass be subject to strict scrutiny by the courts.

I voted on the way to work this morning! It's not too late to vote. Just find out where your polling place is. I'm sure its open till 8:00pm.

I voted. Passed no problem.
Reassuring for us Missourians that our gun rights are being upheld.

So what laws changed due to the wording? Does this mean that CC is now constitutional?

Nothing changed, it just strengthened the protection in the constitution. Explicitly states accessories ammo etc are constitutionally protected. There is a possible veto override coming up that may prevent local governments from outlawing OC by permit holders however.
