G'Day All,
I would appreciate some information on manufacturing dates for winchester model 1906 pump action .22cal rifles.
Also any info on variants of the same.
Thankyou in advance,
Marty.

If you want info on a particular serial number, I will need that number. The Model 1906 was a pump-action .22 rifle, usable with .22 short, long and long rifle. Many were made in .22 Short only as gallery rifles. It was the successor to the Model 1890. which had been made in those calibers, plus .22 WRF (developed for the Model 1890), but the rifle was usable only with the specific round marked on it.

About 848,000 were made from 1906 to 1932. In that year an upgraded version, the Model 62, was introduced.
