Well, after seeing Clead's molon labe tattoo back at TFL, I really wanted to get one myself. Always swore I wouldn't get one back in my Army days, but I guess stuff happens.

I won't get any other tats, but the phrase holds a lot of meaning for me, as I'm sure it does for many of you.

I thought about it for awhile and finally decided to go ahead and get it stitched into my tired hide. What do you think?

Well, Thumper, that looks nice, but I would rather have a pretty girl on my arm than a Greek quotation that only your buds, THR members, and history buffs would understand.

And I would rather it be done in henna so that when I change my mind it will just fade away.

Regardless, I think you are pulling our leg.

I can't quite descern that piece that you are holding. Is it a Ruger?

I have several, and each and everyone made me taller, more powerful and increased my manhood by 15%.

Don't believe me?

My wife and I have kicked around the idea of ink for a few years.

We saw a guy doing henna at the fair and he seemed pretty good.

I got a dragon coiled around my right wrist (hey, I'm unemployed...)

she got a cool flower design on her ankle.

We learned:

1. Henna fades quickly and unevenly and after a few days, it looks like you just took a sharpie or a magic marker to your hide. They say 3-4 weeks, I started scrubbing on mine after 5 days and its mostly gone.

2. We have yet to find anything we like enough to make permanent.

3. Whats cool right now feel a lot less cool 3 or 4 days later (for us at least).

As usual, your mileage may vary...

I guess I could get one, on the opposite side from my "Gee Gee" tattoo. No one ever sees that one now anyway but my wife (it's in a rather discrete location, ya know?). :neener: geegee
