montana gold bullets

I've used thousands of them. They work just fine. In fact, I'd say they're good for anything you'd want to use them for. I certainly wouldn't stand in front of a chambered one!

I ordered the HP for only a few $ more. The are not as deadly looking as the best sellers, but I think they will open up more than RN. About a 4/16 inch hole in the middle with 6 scars/slits about 1/4 inch down around the sides. They were even complete metal jackets, even though I did not see it mentioned.

I have only shot a hundred, but my last group of ten were the best I ever shot.

I and a lot of people I know use MG. They are a good bullet and the company stands behind their product.

I have been using them and find them excellent. I also bought the HP for just a few dollars xtra. If you just want to shoot they are excellent. I do find a bit more lead/copper fouling than the Remingtons I was using prior, but can't beat the price and availability.

I've had good luck with Montana Gold! Fast shipping. I'm moving more to lead because of the economy but no problems with them at all.

They are probably the top end for jacketed bullets....wish I could get some more. Their CMJ's are the nuts.......

my website is down for a couple of days, but if you are only buying 1000 or so, it is usually cheaper by a few bucks to buy from me. I sell montana gold. If you want some before my website goes back up just IM me. I can usually beat their 9mm and .357 prices by at least a little.

I can not count how many cases of MG we have gone thru! Fas shipping is sweet!
The postman hates the darn things!

It's not what I would buy for self defense, but for competition shooting they are very, very good. They are available in bulk. They are sized exactly right. And they ship fast.

Anyone done any expansion tests on the jhp's?

I'd rather depend on something else, but since availability is spotty, and these aren't, just curious how they fare.
