I bought some 300 hard cast gas checked bullets in 44 but the only loading info I can find for that weight is jhp and jsp. Also where can I get 320 grainers or bigger for the same caliber.
handloads.com lists some load date for 300-grain cast bullet .44 Magnum loads, but the best (most) data I have is from my Lyman Pistol & Revolver Handbook.
You can buy 320-grain cast .44 gas checked bullets from Leadheads Bullets. Their found at www.proshootpro.com
I've never used those particular Leadheads bullets, but I really like the 310-grain bullets they cast for .45 Colts. And they make a dandy 168-grain Keith SWC for .357s as well. They're good people too - give them a call. You can find their number online. I wouldn't be surprised to learn they'll supply you with some load data for their bullets.
Thank ya very much guys. Been trying to find the right load cuz using a similar bullet 6 years ago in a Ruger carbine I broke both front shoulders on a 250lbs buck and never had to track it want to try again this year.
