Unlike some people suggest, this is not a tin hat issue. I think people have real questions about this. One question I have is why are we borrowing money from China, and other sources, to make these purchases. If we have cash, then I am all for it, heck, free bullets for everyone, but to borrow and pay interest, I would want to be sure there is a strong need and that the officers could not also be just as well trained in other ways. Takes more than making noise and pulling the trigger.
Is this something the country should be borrowing money and paying interest to pay for?
