Pat from Oregon Research Labs had a little get together up near Vernonia, OR this weekend. I had a great time despite the almost non-stop rain. Here are some pics from the shoot.

Enjoy!

Seriously, nice pics.

Thank you.

Are the still running the Albany Full Auto Fun Shoot?

I've never been to it, but yes, they do.

...what camera was used = great pictures!

Thanks.

It's a Canon Rebel XT with a Canon 70-200 F2.8 L lens

The only thing separating my Glock 19 from a threaded barrel and a silencer is 30 minutes and a state border. :(

Nice pictures, thanks for sharing them. The one of the young man with the BB gun is a classic.

Well, you can own and posses a suppressor in WA you just can't shoot it. You have to drive to Oregon/Idaho for that.

Was this on private land or public? If public, would you mind telling me where this is? I live in Hillsboro, so Vernonia area isn't to fer a piece for me to drive.

This was out at the U-fish place on the way up to Vernonia. Private land this time.

The kid with the Daisy is too darned cute. I can't wait 'til my son is old enough to do that. (becoming a father has made me mushy)

This little get together was on private land. The flyer for it was here:

I love going to shoots that Pat puts together, you always get a chance to hear many silencers from different manufacturers. The people were friendly and we all shared our toys and got to try out some new stuff. Heck, I got to shoot a belt fed HK-21! :what: Made my day :D

A good time was had by all :D

If you're looking for some public land to shoot, there's a good quarry pit out at Brown's Camp west of town. Gets crowded sometimes. These directions are going to suck, Im sure someone less compass blind than me can help: Take Hwy-26 west, take the Banks exit (oregon-8 I think?), and keep heading down that way until you see signs for Brown's Camp (should be 20+ miles). Once you turn off onto the Browns Camp exit, roll on the main path (dont take any of the forks in the road), until you reach the T-intersection, turn right, a quarter mile down the road will be a HUGE rock quarry.

enjoy!

Man that looks like a blast everything from full auto suppressed to the awesome PRK legal Red Ryder assault rifle.

Great pics thanks for sharing and where do I sign up?:D
