Hey yall. I've had my 590 Mariner for about a year now, and as with every Mossberg I've owned, I love it. I've owned about 4 various Mossbergs:
500A, 500A Persuader 7+1, 500 Mariner. Although they were all nice, I'm gonna say I enjoy my 590 more. I ended up having to let my gunsmith take about 3/4 off the stock to allow it to fit me better. Before that, felt recoil was a beast with every Mossberg I had owned, compared to my 870, with has very little felt recoil. Since the stock was refitted on my 590, it points an shoot like a dream, and felt recoil has been significantly reduced. Anyway, any 500/590 Mariner owners soundoff!!
