Mossberg 802 Plinkster front sight

A while back I was trying to "fix" my buddies front sight on his 802. Well, I fixed it so well that it broke clean off. I felt bad and decided to try and find a new front sight. Looked a couple times but can't find one. It's not an expensive gun and he refuses a scope so I don't want to spend much. I contacted Mossberg twice to which I got no reply. The gunsmith told me to put a scope on it and ended the conversation. Wondering if anybody had any suggestions for a replacement sight or where I might find one. Any input other than none or scope it is appreciated. Thanks all.

You might want to try contacting Williams Gun Sight Company. They have a wide range of sights and might have something that will work for you.
